一、成長經歷： 理成重工股份有限公司(International Heavy Industries Company Ltd. 簡稱IHIC)，品牌為『理成鋼構』，創立於1988(民國77)年，其前身為理成工業股份有限公司。為國內首創大跨距鋼構與金屬板披覆廠房之先驅者，於1980年代短短數年間，即完全顛覆並取代力霸鋼架或磚造披覆石棉瓦或塑膠浪板之傳統廠房結構。 隨著國內經濟及營建市場之發展，理成工業將經營重心由鋼構廠房轉移至大樓鋼骨及特殊鋼構之生產及吊裝領域。30多年來，理成工業累積了520棟工業廠房，超過100棟超高層大樓及15萬噸特殊鋼構之建案實績，享有優良的口碑(詳四、工程實績-依建案大類分列而非按完工順序排列)。 理成工業居於台灣鋼構廠前列，為國內五大鋼鐵廠之一，擁有高雄大發廠及屏東新園廠總面積約3萬坪的生產基地，鋼構生產年產能達10萬噸，平均年營業額約新台幣25億元(其中大樓鋼構25%、特殊鋼構40%、廠房及其他鋼構35%)，是業界最早採用3D模組化繪製構件製造詳圖的鋼構公司，也是運用3D繪圖最成熟的鋼構廠，公司ERP系統也完全自主研發，整合結構設計、估算報價、採購/倉儲、生產流程、成本及財務會計、人力資源及行政管理。員工人數120人，以設計、生管、品管、監造吊裝人員為主。於1997年取得IS09001 品管認證，2002年獲內政部建築研究所頒發的建築工程自動化優良獎。 二、轉型理成重工： 本公司考量工程技術日新月異，雖過去30多年的努力耕耘，有輝煌可觀之業績，但要置身在時代的尖端，仍有值得提升的空間，必須加速轉型，尤其全球人工智能化之大趨勢，方興未艾，已蔚為風潮，更促使本公司在強大使命感之驅使下，加速轉型乃勢在必行，因此亟思積極引進更多優良專業團隊，其中「崇偉機構」從事建築營造長達40幾年，以技術為本，業績斐然，與本公司之理念不謀而合。崇偉機構之加入，將會使本公司未來之路更高、更大、更遠，本公司於2023年轉型更名為「理成重工股份有限公司」，持續實踐誠信、品質、創新之宗旨，為鋼構產業貢獻心力，達到工業化、自動化、智能化的現代水平，再創產業高峰。

I、A History of Growth Li Cheng International Heavy Industries Company Ltd. (IHIC), branded as "Li Cheng Steel Structure", was founded in 1988 (R.O.C. 77) as Li Cheng Industrial Co. It was the first pioneer of large-span steel structure and metal sheet cladding plant in Taiwan. Within a few years in the 1980s, it completely subverted and replaced the traditional plant structure of Riba steel frame or brick cladding with asbestos tiles or plastic wave boards. As the domestic economy and construction sector flourished, ISC elegantly pivoted its focus from steel structure workshops to the production and assembly of building steel frames and specialized steel structures. Over three decades, ISC has been instrumental in erection 520 industrial facilities, constructing over 100 towering edifices, and fabricating an impressive 150,000 tons of unique steel structures, earning a sterling reputation within the industry. Today, ISC stands tall among Taiwan’s premier steel structure manufacturers, ranking as one of the nation’s five largest steel plants. The company possesses sprawling production facilities, spanning 100,000 square meters, encompassing both the Kaohsiung Dafa and Pintung Hsinyuan factories. With an annual steel structure production capacity of 100,000 tons, ISC boasts an average annual turnover of approximately NT$2.5 billion. This encompasses a diverse array of sectors, allocating 25% to building steel structures, 40% to specialized steel, and 35% to factory and other steel structures. ISC’s distinction lies in its pioneering adoption of 3D modularization, rendering intricate manufacturing drawings of components using 3D models. Moreover, ISC takes pride in its independent development of an ERP system, seamlessly integrating structural design, cost estimation and quotation, procurement and warehousing, production processes, financial accounting, human resources management, and administrative operations. Within ISC, a team of 120 employees oversees design, production management, quality control, manufacturing supervision, and installation. The company’s dedication to quality was acknowledged in 1997 when it secured ISO 9001 quality control certification. In 2002, ISC further distinguished itself by receiving the Construction Engineering Automation Excellence Award from the Construction Research Institute of the Ministry of the Interior.
